I'm a new customer today. My diesel RAM has two batteries that died yesterday and I'm too busy to change them myself. I called the Jeep guy a few doors down who services my wife's vehicle, but he turned me away and told me that SCV Auto was more suited to work on my truck.
I called yesterday and asked if they could see me today on short notice. I spoke to Mona (one of the owners) and she agreed but told me I couldn't wait because she wasn't sure how long it would take and whether she could find the batteries here in SCV or have to get them from the valley.
No problemo. I dropped off the truck right when they opened at 8am, and then went home to get some work done. And then son-of-a-gun if she didn't call me before ten to tell me that the work was already done (about 90 min from start to finish). This was a pleasant surprise.
I can't stand our local Dodge dealer (poor service, history of dishonesty with me, horrendous attitude, and nutty prices) so I've been taking my RAM to a diesel shop out in Azusa for years. I'm thrilled to find a shop with a good diesel tech. Hopefully I don't need any more work any time soon, but I know where I'll go next time.
And not that I'm looking for warm fuzzies from my auto shop, but Mona was wonderful and Jesse (I think that was his name) stopped and talked with me for a little while and talked me into giving him more of my business. So yes, they actually were warm and fuzzy, so much so that when I came to pick up my truck I brought Mona a flower arrangement from my wife to say "thanks". I'm pretty sure that's a first for me.

Finally writing a review after all these years Mike and Mary are the absolute best. Work has always been exceptional.
Completely satisfied. Very competively priced and the service puts them over the top 1989 Ford F250, 1992 Camry, 2006 Camry, 2007 Trailblazer, 2012 Acura, 2016 Toyota Tacoma, and a few others and my kids have had vàrious vehicles. Every kind of maintenance and repair you can think of. They tell you straight up if it's worth fixing, take it elsewhere or time to get a new vehicle 😀☹️. John, Melissa, Alex and Scott Dagg

Mike is a true mechanic that tells you like it is with all the details of your repair and gives you the confidence of repairing your vehicle. Truely one of a kind. And he rides motorcycles pretty good for an old guy....lol
